Abu Dhabi inks AED222mn deal to develop Madinat Zayed central market

(MENAFN) The Department of Municipal Affair and Transport signed an investment deal worth AED222mn in order to develop the central market in Madinat Zayed in the Dhafra Region.
Accordingly, the project for developing the central market was awarded to one of the regional development firms with the aims of renovating the recent building and adding new buildings.
Meanwhile, Al Dhafra Municipality and the developer will offer an alternative to shop owners in the recent market amid the new developmental proposition.
In addition, the project, will involve two floors, with the ground floor housing a hypermarket, retail stores, commercial stores and entertainment facilities.
