Abu Dhabi-Lulu Group to invest USD300m in Kerala mall project

(MENAFN) Lulu Group, Abu Dhabi-based global retailer will develop its second Lulu shopping mall, hotel and global convention center in Kerala capital Thiruvananthapuram.
Additionally, this will be the second biggest shopping mall in the country after the Lulu mall in Kochi, which is spread over 19 acres of land.
The mall is predicted to open by 2019, which will house Lulu hypermarket as anchor store and will involve the best brands in fashion and cosmetics.
Moreover, the project is built at an estimated value of USD300mn; Lulu Mall has built up area of more than 2mn square feet in four floors along with hotel and Convention center.
