Abu Dhabi Manazel sets up trade units

(MENAFN) Manazel Real Estate, an Abu Dhabi-based producer of affordable housing, launches a subsidiary to work and organize malls and retail units.

Accordingly, the retail business helps a strategy of expansion and increasing non-cyclical incomes in areas related to properties, and the unit cloud also operate malls on its own development.

“In line with our strategy, we are capitalising on our expertise in the residential and commercial real estate sectors by launching Manazel Malls to manage all of our retail assets,” said Manazel’s chief.

He also added: “We have built an experienced team of executives to run this subsidiary and to ensure optimal performance while driving recurring revenue streams across our real estate assets.”
