Abu Dhabi’s NMC to acquire Al Zahra Hospital for USD560mn
15 Dec 2016
(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi-based NMC Health has reached a deal with Gulf Medical Projects Co. in order to acquire Al Zahra Hospital in Sharjah for USD560mn.
Furthermore, the hospital operates 137 active inpatient beds, serving almost 400.000 outpatients and 23.000 inpatient bed days per year.
In addition, it also offers services of a global standard, supported by high-tech facilities, involving cutting edge radiology and laboratory practices.
The hospital has demonstrated a strong track record of growth and for the year ended Dec 2015 achieved incomes of USD130.4mn.
