Al Futtaim awards $8m contract to Khansaheb

(MENAFN) Emad Nimeh, Development Director Residential and Commercial at Al Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE), announced that the firm has awarded an $8.2 million contract to Khansaheb Civil Engineering for the construction of Al Badia Business Park in Dubai Festival City, Gulf News reported.

According to Nimeh, the construction contract is for the first of five office buildings and will comprise two basements, ground floor plus four additional floors, along with associated services such as the infrastructure works within the plot boundary consisting of mechanical engineering plumbing, including landscaping and access roads.

The project is already underway and the first building is scheduled to be completed by mid-2011, revealed Nimeh.
