(MENAFN) Aldar Properties’ Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer, Mohammad Al Mubarak, said that the company is on schedule regarding the completion of phase-one of the Motor World project which includes the construction of a hundred showrooms, reported Gulf News.
The CEO said that the goal is to finish the first phase on April and that the project is on the right track. He said that 75 percent of the showrooms had been leased by now to UAE car dealerships including Al Futtaim Automotive. In addition, an MoU was signed with the Emirates Driving Company.
The CEO said that Motor World would function as a single shop for car buyers where different brands would be provided by several car dealers.
It is worth noting that Motor World was constructed near Abu Dhabi International Airport and it serves people in the areas of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain as well as the UAE capital, Dubai.
