ARP wins $191m construction deal in Dubai

(MENAFN) A spokesperson for Al Rostamani Pegel (ARP), a member of Al Rostamani Group, said that the company has won a project for the construction of a hotel and hotel apartments by Nilona Holding, a member of the Onyx Group, Gulf News reported.

According to the spokesperson, the hotel and hotel apartments will be operated by Marriott International.

Valued at $191 million, Marriott Hotel & Marriott Executive Apartments will be located in Dubai Healthcare City Phase II, and will house 24 storeys, ground floor and 3 basement floors for parking.

The tower will feature 352 guest rooms, 128 serviced apartments, comprehensive health and fitness facilities.

Construction has already begun, and the expected date of completion of the hotel tower is January 2012.
