Astra to distribute dividend to shareholders
27 Feb 2014
(MENAFN) Astra Industrial Group is to distribute USD34.5 million as dividend to its shareholders, Arab News reported.
This was proposed by the board of directors of the group to the general assembly.
The group said that the divided amount represents 17.5 percent of the par value.
The entitlement of this dividend payout is limited to the registered shareholders as per the Saudi stock exchange (Tadwul) records.
