(MENAFN) Bahraini Labor Minister Jameel Humaidan unveiled a two-year plan to boost labor market in the Gulf island Kingdom, Trade Arabia reported.
Humaidan, who is also the chairman of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) said the plan aims to ensure stability in the country’s labor market, increase the number of jobs and provide employers with a qualified workforce.
Humaidan ordered a committee in charge of preparing the plan for 2012-2014 to carry out a detailed study.
The committee includes representatives of the Labour Ministry, LMRA, the Education Ministry and Tamkeen.
