Bahrain, Japan to strengthen economic ties

(MENAFN) Bahraini Industry and Commerce Minister Dr Hassan Fakhro said that his country plans to strengthen economic, trade and cooperation ties with Japan, according to Gulf Daily News.
The two countries have signed a number of memoranda of understanding which include several sectors such as economy and commerce, as well as a joint action.
The meeting was held by Bahrain Chamber of Industry and Commerce chairman Khalid Almoayed, Counselor Deputy Chief of Mission Daisuke Yamamto and Culture Attach” Yousuje Lijima, the economic delegation, businessmen and members of the Bahrain-Japan Friendship Society.
