(MENAFN) Invita Kuwait, a joint venture of Bahrain-based Invita and Kuwaiti firm Impulse International, has been established with a capital of USD3.54 million, Gulf Daily News reported.
Invita, owned by BBK, is a contact center and business process outsourcing firm, and Impulse International is owned by National Technology Enterprise Company, which is a subsidiary of the Kuwait Investment Authority.
Rashad Akbari, Invita chairman said that The goal is to combine knowledge and experience with latest technology in call centers to develop solutions that could help companies to improve communication with customers.
Invita Bahrain chief executive Rahul Bhalla and a board member at Invita Kuwait said the partnership was strategic with Impulse providing the local market knowledge and talent and Invita Bahrain providing proven management skills and technical expertise in managing a multimedia contact centre and delivering customer experience management.
