(MENAFN) The Bahraini Telecommunications Authority (TRA) director of communications Basil Al Arrayed announced that TRA issued a request for proposals for an online telecommunications services tariffs comparison tool, reported Gulf Daily News.
Al Arrayed said that the new system should be designed for public use so that anyone could inter-actively compare tariffs online for similar telecommunications services available in Bahrain.
The director of communications added that this project comes as competitiveness in the telecommunication market increases in Bahrain and thus choices become more variant and complicated. This makes such a tool important so that people in Bahrain can select the services they wish to have based on complete information about each provider.
