(MENAFN) Baharaini Diyar Al Muharraq announced it has signed a deal with Bahrain-based developer Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Development Company for the development of a major residential complex at Dragon City, Gulf Daily News reported.
Diyar said that the project, Dragon Apartments, will be developed on area of 20.000 square meters and will comprise of five multi-story residential buildings with a total of 300 apartments, with an expected date of completion to be in June next year.
The full project, which will be infused with Chinese architectural and cultural aspects, will include 780 shops with an area of 4.500sqm as well as a 6.000sqm dining street and car parking for 1.500 vehicles.
“Due to its strategic location, the project will be advantageous to those who have invested in Dragon Mall as it offers a convenient residence for those working in the mall. Dragon Apartments will be a great boost in so many different ways to Diyar Al Muharraq as it will diversify the housing choices on offer,” Diyar Al Muharraq Chief Executive said.
