Bahraini Investcorp sells Test Factory to UK firm

(MENAFN) Bahraini Investcorp, an investment manager, announced it has sold The Test Factory, an assessment technology supplier based in the northeast of England, to UK-based GL Education Group (GLE), a leading provider of formative assessments, Gulf Daily News reported.

GLE will seek to continue the continuing growth of The Test Factory’s business and technology as well as offering strategic assessment and analytical solutions for corporate and educational customers.

“Investcorp works closely with all its portfolio company management teams and this acquisition, once again, highlights our ability to identify high quality investment opportunities, intended to add value for all stakeholders,” Investcorp’s Gulf Business President said.
