(MENAFN) Bahrain-based Alba said that it has launched its new state-of-the-art datacenter at its calciner and marine plant that will be Alba”s fifth generation containerized datacenter (CDC), according to Gulf Daily News.
The launch ceremony was under the patronage of HP managing director for Kuwait and Bahrain Omar Draghmeh, Alba chief executive Tim Murray, Alba information technology manager Esam Hadi, various department managers and Alba labour Union representatives.
Esam Hadi said: “With an eye on the future, Alba has invested in a modern CDC, which provides a high-quality environment for central data storage and networking, as well as the software essential to access and manage these resources.”
