Bahrain’s Alba plans USD2.5b expansion project

(MENAFN) Bahrain”s Alba plans to add a sixth production line in an expansion project worth USD2.5 billion by the end of this year, according to Arabian Business.
In an exclusive interview with the GDN, Alba chief executive Tim Murray said the bankable feasibility study was almost complete and the project was now subject to approvals from the board and authorities.
The company’s chief executive said that the construction of a fifth power station will also be a part of the expansion.
