(MENAFN) The Bahraini Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) announced suspending all licenses granted to the telecommunication group 2Connect, reported Gulf Daily News.
The TRA also said that all services provided to 2Connect customers would be permanently stopped as the provider lost licenses and thus is not authorized to give telecommunication services.
TRA said that it would facilitate the shift of 2Connect customers to other providers.
The TRA added that the new decision includes all radio frequency licenses given to 2Connect.
