Batelco set to expand global presence

(MENAFN) Batelco, in line with the global connectivity spur and to fit the needs of the fast-paced business world, announced expanding the presence of its global network, Gulf Daily News reported.

Bahraini-based Batelco has 23 active branches and its expansion will not only cover more geographic locations, but will also enrich its network performance, resiliency and reliability.

The global connectivity expansion plans will help Batelco serve customers and global carriers even better, and so the company is expecting higher demands, general manager said.

As technology advances, market needs increase so in response, Batelco has incorporated range value-added services such as an online monitoring and reporting portal and a competitive SLA (service level agreement) offering, general manager added.
