BBK and CrediMax forge strategic partnership with Batelco to elevate customer experience

BBK, a leader in retail and corporate banking in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and CrediMax, a wholly owned subsidiary of BBK, have announced a strategic partnership with Batelco, Bahrain’s leading telecommunications provider. This collaboration aims to deliver a seamless and enriched experience to customers of all three institutions through a suite of integrated digital and value-added services.

The partnership centers on a series of coordinated initiatives, beginning with the integration of loyalty programs between CrediMax and Batelco, which allows customers to enjoy shared benefits across both platforms, enhancing overall value and convenience. Additionally, BBK, CrediMax, and Batelco will collaborate to engage high-value customers through targeted marketing efforts and exclusive events, designed to strengthen relationships and deliver more personalized and rewarding customer experience.

Further expanding the scope of this collaboration, Batelco’s eSIM roaming services will be extended through BBK and CrediMax’s digital platforms. Customers will also be able to take advantage of flexible purchasing options, such as the ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ service card installment, when acquiring Batelco products and services using BBK and CrediMax credit cards. The agreement also opens the door to a broader set of cross-selling opportunities leveraging each other’s channels and points of presence.
