BBK announces the winners of its Employee Recognition Programme

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of August 2015 at its headquarters in Manama.
On the 14th of September 2015, Mr. Reyadh Sater Deputy Chief Executive of BBK handed over the silver award to Ali Yusuf Kadhem, Elham Rashid Al Ansari from Retail Banking Division in addition to Salman A.Aziz Al Hasan from Treasury, Investment & Institutional Banking Division.
On the same day, Dr. Jamal Hijris – General Manager of Shared Services Group handed over the silver awards to Huda Abdulla Ghaith from Compliance and AML Department and also to Ahmed Fouad Burshaid from Operations Division.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
