BBK announces the winners of its Employee Recognition Programme

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Gold &Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of September 2015 at its headquarters in Manama.
On the 13th of October 2015, Mr. Reyadh Sater Deputy Chief Executive – Business Group of BBK handed over the gold award to Ahmed Al Sayed from Retail Banking Division, also he handed over the silver awards to Danah Hameed, Aysha Al Mousa and Ali Kathem form Retail Banking Division, and Zainab Al Ansari from Remedial Management Department.
On the same day, Dr. Jamal Hijris – General Manager of Shared Services Group handed over the silver awards to Ali Kamal from Human Resources and Administration Division and A.Rahman Amer from operations Division.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
