BBK announces the winners of its Employee Recognition Programme

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, held its monthly “Day of Appreciation” to announce the Gold and Silver Monthly Award winners within its Employee Recognition Programme for the month of July 2014 at its headquarters in Manama.
On 7th of August 2014, Mr. Jamal Hijris, General Manager of Support Group of BBK handed over the Silver award to Suhail Ravanji from Human Resources and Administration, Essam Al Shafeiy and Mohammed Humood from Infromation and Technology.
The programme, which recognizes and rewards all BBK employees, is aligned with the Bank’s philosophy that a motivated and engaged workforce translates into a superior banking experience for its customers.
Each month, different categories of Awards acknowledge high level of achievement. They are granted to deserving employees for their extraordinary and notable achievement toward the Bank’s performance and productivity based on a predetermined criteria approved by the Top Management.
