BBK offers Mortgage Financing for Beaut Budaiya project

BBK, a leader in retail and corporate banking in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has signed a partnership agreement with Al Raha Real Estate to provide financing solutions for customers seeking to purchase residential units at the Beaut Budaiya project.

The initiative reflects BBK’s ongoing focus on expanding access to mortgage financing solutions and supporting customers in moving forward with home purchases.

Under the agreement, the financing package features competitive interest rates, flexible options for the down payment, flexible repayment tenors, and streamlined procedures designed to enable faster access to financing.

BBK affirmed that the partnership aligns with the Bank’s role in supporting Bahrain’s housing sector, noting that the financing solutions available for the project are compatible with both the traditional mortgage financing programs as well as the social housing financing programs of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning. Such compatibility and flexibility widens the range of available options for customers and supports faster pathways to home ownership.
