On the sidelines of Gateway Gulf 2025 investment forum, BBK, a leader in retail and corporate banking in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced the signing of a strategic partnership with ARRAY Innovation, a Bahrain-based leader in artificial intelligence, enterprise application software, and cloud computing solutions.
Through this partnership, BBK has launched an Innovation Center hiring 30 Bahraini software engineers to elevate customer experiences across all its digital channels. The collaboration focuses on automating workflows, streamlining navigation, and expanding the range of products and services available on BBK’s website and mobile platforms. This initiative underscores BBK’s commitment to innovation and delivering seamless, customer-centric digital solutions.
The agreement outlines plans for the design and implementation of advanced AI-powered digital solutions aimed at enhancing customer experience, simplifying banking operations, and improving operational efficiency. It will also include collaboration in areas such as big data analytics, information security, and systems integration through cloud computing. These initiatives are expected to open new avenues for the development of innovative financial products aligned with the requirements of the modern digital economy.
