BBK, a leader in retail and corporate banking in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has officially launched the third edition of its distinguished training program, “Grow.” With 20 talented Bahraini university graduates already immersed in its six-month journey, this program builds on the success of the first two cohorts, which collectively prepared 40 skilled professionals to pursue successful careers in the banking sector.
The “Grow” program features rigorous, expert-led workshops covering core banking topics such as financial analysis, risk management, IT systems, marketing, operations, information security, and anti‑money laundering. Graduates are currently gaining practical exposure through hands-on rotations across BBK’s diverse divisions, collaborating with experienced bankers to bridge academic knowledge with real-world application.
This edition reaffirms BBK’s dedication to nurturing national talent and strengthening Bahrain’s financial sector by developing confident, competent professionals equipped for the challenges of modern banking. The program also includes mentorship opportunities, where graduates receive guidance from senior executives, enhancing their leadership skills and industry knowledge.
BBK remains committed to empowering the next generation of banking leaders, ensuring they are well-prepared to drive innovation and excellence in Bahrain’s financial sector. By investing in youth development and providing opportunities for practical experience, BBK is fostering a workforce that will significantly contribute to the Kingdom’s economic growth and sustainability.
