For retail customers, the BBK Mobile App has also been upgraded with several enhancements. Customers, both new and existing, can now conveniently open Salary, Savings, Money Maker, and Al Hayrat accounts directly through the app. In addition, through the KYC Update feature, customers can conveniently update their personal information to ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy without interrupting the user experience.

Reinforcing its commitment to service excellence, BBK has introduced a new automated loan approval process for retail customers. This streamlined approach enables loan disbursement within one business day, significantly reducing processing time and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
