(MENAFN) An undisclosed British buyer purchased USD19 million luxury villa on Palm Jumeirah in the United Arab Emirates, which marked an unprecedented pricing for the emirate of Dubai, Arabian Business reported.
The villa is called M State and it was reportedly a custom designed off-plan villa. Upon completion, M State will be one of five exclusive villas located on the tip of Frond M on the Palm.
“From floating steps designed to maximise natural sunlight to neutral colour schemes acting as a blank canvas for interior expression, the result is design that is perfectly at one with the landscape,” an official statement said about the design.
