(MENAFN) A senior official at Ceva Logistics said that the company is planning to build a new warehouse and office facility in Jebel Ali Free Zone (Jafza), expanding its presence in the Middle East, Emirates Business reported.
He indicated that the new facility will enable Ceva to expand its contract logistics capabilities in the region towards achieving its plan to have 100,000 square meters of warehouse space by the end of this year.
The new facility will cover a total area of 122,127 square meters in the South Zone of Jafza and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2010 and will be Leed (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified.
The warehouse is being developed in collaboration with Gazeley, developer of environmentally friendly logistics and industrial spaces. This is the second project Ceva has partnered with Gazeley.
