Children can now enjoy banking at ‘BBK Mini Branch’! BBK Sponsors Interactive PLAY Room for Kids!

BBK, Bahrain’s pioneer in retail and commercial banking, announced its sponsorship of an interactive play room at ‘PLAY’, a popular hands-on children’s activity center located in Seef Mall.
The ‘BBK Mini Branch’ has been designed so that children can learn the basics of banking, saving and counting in a fun atmosphere. Children can ‘role’ play being a Banker- teller or manager, a customer – pretending to carry out ‘transactions’, such as ATM deposit or withdrawal, and adding the valuables in safe boxes, just like in the real branch.
BBK’s partnership with PLAY emphasizes the importance that the Bank places on the youth in Bahrain. Believing in the power of children in learning while having fun, BBK is proud to have its own interactive room at PLAY, a first of its kind in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where children learn numbers, counting and also saving.
PLAY is the brainchild of local Bahraini Sama Yateem, who established the center on the philosophy that the act of playing serves an important role in the emotional development of children. Ms. Yateem thanked BBK’s for its sponsorship. BBK room being a great addition to PLAY, and one that will surely give the children in our community countless hours of interactive learning fun!
