(MENAFN) Chrysler Group said that in order to aid the company’s expansion plans in the Middle East, the automaker launched a Mopar parts distribution center in Dubai, reported Arabian Business.
The firm added that it was expanding notably in the region, where the new facility in the UAE would be expected to distribute 30,000 parts to the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.
He also said that the move came as the company was finishing its final separation from Daimler, which owned Chrysler.
It is worth noting that the center would be also used by Italy’s Fiat which obtained control of Chrysler as part of the US company’s bankruptcy reorganization two years ago.
