(MENAFN) Mohidin Bin Hendi, owner of the Dubai news and entertainment channel City7, said that he just attained full management of the channel and expects the company to raise its first earnings in the coming 2 years, reported Gulf News.
Bin Hendi said that he plans to dramatically change the programming content in order to encourage advertising through the channel. The content would include some entertainment, odd reality shows and documentaries.
The owner said that he would welcome investments regarding the company’s strategy but not its management.
Bin Hendi said that in an attempt to decrease operating costs, the new content will be mainly created by local freelance talent.
