(MENAFN) Damac Properties, the Dubai-based real estate developer, is presently developing the USD930 million Jenga tower in the United Kingdom, and looking for a prospect partnership with the Italian Versace, Arabian Business reported.
The deal with the Italian fashion house is set to be over a branding partnership at its UK’s Jenga tower. Versace will brand and provide luxury interiors for the building, which will contain 450 flats, in addition to offices and retail units.
“In the medium term, we are more likely to see partnerships with luxury hotel and interior designer brands as they resonate more with the end product and should command a significant premium on prices,” an official said.
