(MENAFN) Dubai-based interiors firm Depa Ltd has secured a fit-out contract for the Hilton Hotel in Abu Dhabi, Arabian Business reported.
The USD25.4 million contract includes the supply and installation of interior decoration works for the hotel which is part of the Al Forsan International Sports Resorts development in the UAE capital, the company said in a statement.
Depa will be responsible for the overall interior decoration works for 400 rooms covering a total area of 34,000 sq m and the installation of all the furniture, furnishings and equipment in the hotel, which is slated for opening in the summer of 2013.
Depa currently working on another project, the Conrad Hotel in Dubai, Hilton’s luxury brand, where the fit-out contract is worth USD68.1 million and is due to be completed in the coming months.
