Dnata to acquire Alpha Flight
10 Oct 2010
(MENAFN) A statement issued by Dnata, the international airport and travel services company headquartered in Dubai, said that the company is going to obtain a 100 percent share of Alpha Flight Group Ltd, Khaleej Times reported.
Such acquisition is anticipated to increase Dnata’s international portfolio, with the company’s ground handling and catering operations now set to function in 70 airports around 17 countries.
According to the statement, the acquisition reflects Dnata’s long term strategy to increase and develop its international network
It is worth mentioning that this is Dnata’s fifth significant airport services sector acquisition in the last four years.
