(MENAFN) Construction firm Drake & Skull’s engineering subsidiary has been awarded a USD33.48 million contract for a mixed-use development in Dubai’s Jumeirah district.
Per terms of the contract, the company will develop over 72,000 square meters of food and beverage concepts and retail outlets along with the shell and core parking facilities.
The work will include supply, installation, testing, commissioning and handover of complete mechanical, electrical and plumbing works. The project is due for completion by 2016.
“The project award continues our project winning trend in the UAE which includes our recent key project wins like the USD107.51 million Jewel of the Creek in Port Saeed,” Drake & Scull Engineering managing said.
