(MENAFN) A statement released by 3i Infotech, an innovative IT solutions provider, said that the company has won a joint venture agreement with three African companies to launch a shares’ services center, Khaleej Times reported.
The IT firm provides a range of information technology solutions for insurance, banking & finance, capital markets, mutual funds, e-Governance, manufacturing, and retail & distribution. Its regional operations cover Middle East, Africa, Russia and CIS countries from Dubai.
The company said that it has entered into a joint venture with Nigeria-based Soft Solutions Ltd., Skye Bank and Unity Bank to launch Process Central, a business process outsourcing centre in Nigeria.
