(MENAFN) Dubai International Airport, the world’s crowded by global traffic, touched an 8.1 percent grow in traveller numbers in November.
Moreover, traffic increased to 6.01mn passengers from 5.57mn a year earlier, taking the whole so far in last year to 70.96mn, up 10.9 percent.
Additionally, the hugest increase in travellers came from the Indian subcontinent from where flights started, whereas the most notable rise was driven by Eastern Europe and N. America.
Air freight volumes increased 3.8 percent in the cited month to 218,323 tons, while Dubai Airport had a rate monthly traffic of almost 6.5mn passengers.
