Dubai Danube Properties awards USD81.6m project to NARESCO

(MENAFN) Dubai-based Danube Properties has said it has awarded the main construction contract for its Glitz 1 and 2 residential projects in Dubai to Naresco General Contracting (NARESCO).

Offering 300 luxury apartment units ranging from studios to three bedrooms, the USD81.6 million project is being developed at Dubai Studio City, following the successful completion of shoring and dig work.

Danube said in a statement that work on both sites is four months ahead of schedule and a combined workforce of over 500 people is expected to execute the construction work during peak season.

The developer added that Atlas Foundation Co has secured the earthworks contract for its newest project Glitz 3 and is currently undertaking mobilization work on the site.
