(MENAFN) Dubai’s Emaar Properties, constructor of the globe’s tallest tower has reported a 15 percent increase in first quarter revenue, broadly in line with analysts’ predictions.
Meanwhile, the developer made revenue of almost USD376.9mn, in which Dubai’s government owns a minority share in the cited period.
Furthermore, SICO Bahrain and EFH Hermes had predicted Emaar would make quarterly revenue of 1.424bn dirhams and 1.350bn dirhams respectively.
Additionally, recurring profit, from the likes of hotel, entertainment and shopping mall ops contributed 39 percent of the group revenue.
