(MENAFN) According to Dubai Customs, the trade between Dubai and France has increased by 15 percent to USD2.88 billion in the January-June period of this year compared to the same period last year, Emirates 24/7 reported.
Dubai Customs said that France has become one of Dubai’s leading trading partners in Europe, with the Dubai-France bilateral trade continuously surging from USD4.43 billion registered in 2011 to USD4.90 billion in 2012, then to USD5.17 billion in 2013.
Dubai Customs said that they are very interested in boosting the bilateral trade with France as well as increasing the exchange and joint training of customs staff between Dubai and France.
