(MENAFN)Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dubai Properties Group (DPG), Khalid Al Malek, said that the company is going to prioritize the delivery of existing projects for the rest of 2010, Gulf News reported.
Al Malek said that in order to deliver the projects successfully, the company is going to review the developments and coordinate with all concerned parties. He also added that this period of time is very challenging for the group since less advanced projects are on hold.
The group has postponed several projects; however, none has been stopped but would rather bring them back to the market in an appropriate time.
The Culture Village, where Damac and Sunland Group have projects, and The Lagoons are on track as planned, Al Malek said.
