(MENAFN) A statement issued by Dubai Properties Group, DPG, said that in 2011 the company is going to finish and inaugurate the handover of four new residential, retail and leisure projects in an attempt to extend its varied real estate portfolio and reaffirm its continued commitment to meet consumer and investor needs, Khaleej Times reported.
The four projects comprise of the Remraam and phase two of The Villa in Dubailand, Bay Avenue at The Executive Towers in Business Bay, and the first Beach Club at Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR).
DPG is attempting to contribute to the project and growth of Dubai by providing reasonably priced, accessible and diversified communities across Dubai.
Currently, DPG is in the process of handing over Vision Towers, a 51-story freehold office tower in Business Bay and is anticipating finishing Bay Square, a business, retail and residential project also located in Business Bay, in 2011.
