(MENAFN) Dubai-based Emirates Airline and BT Group plc, which trades as BT, signed a deal to provide the carrier global contact center managed services for six years, Arabian Business reported.
BT Group plc is a British multinational telecommunications services company with head offices in London, England. It has operations in around 170 countries.
The deal will enable Emirates’ global contact center agents to communicate smoothly with their customers’ base around the globe, offering thus an enhanced way to interact.
“The strength of the Emirates brand lies in delivering consistent, memorable customer service.” The President of Emirates Group Services said in a corporate statement.
