(MENAFN) Dubai’s exclusive luxury real estate brokerage, Luxhabitat, registered a USD1.36 million sale in 2014, Khaleej Times reported.
In spite of small sized apartments and high prices, the majority of the USD1.36 million sales were from the Downtown Dubai area.
The total value transacted in the highly attractive area surpassed USD299.45 million, with an average price of USD1,083.49 per square feet sold.
The Dubai Marina area was the second highest in luxury apartments’ sales with a transaction of about USD209.62 million.
“The Downtown Dubai area remains an established one with a high rate of enquiries for luxury sales coming in every month,” CEO of Luxhabitat said in a statements.
