Egypt needs EGP65bn to build infrastructure in 65m sqm of land

(MENAFN) The establishment of important utilities in the lands currently will reach EGP65bn, as proclaimed Egyptian President Al-Sisi, who emphasized that the average price per meter in the lands reaches EGP1.000.

Additionally, the state is responsible for offering the important infrastructure for these areas, while the government did not include these projects in its plan.

Meanwhile, the state has started to increase in the development of infrastructure, facilities, and roads, as well as planning agricultural and industrial land to be ready for investment.

The president noted that both the army and the police were ordered to restore these lands five months ago, but their efforts were not sufficient.
