Egypt’s government offers 709 pieces of land to investors

(MENAFN) The government set 709 pieces of land and 366 outlets in order to present as projects in the internal trade sector, especially commercial chains.
Moreover, the necessary regulations and orders will be undertaken in a short period, which will work on making these locations for the implementation of the commercial chains projects.
Accordingly, the 709 pieces of land are spread throughout all governorates; 13 are in Cairo, 51 in Giza, 3 in Qena, 22 in the Red Sea, 17 in Luxor and others.
In addition, the Internal Trade Development Authority (ITDA) was entrusted to be the only body accountable of finishing the licensing procedures, which will ease the process for investors.
