Egypt’s Hero MEA Co. investments reach USD 40mn

(MENAFN) Hero MEA is a minor of the Swiss Co. Hero Group, which specializes in producing cereals, biscuits, and nutrition products via its brands like Hero and Vitrac.
Moreover, the firm’s whole investments between 2002 and 2015 were USD 40mn, while the company predicts to grow its production rate from 120,000 tons to 140,000.
Additionally, the company concentrates on investing in its factory in Egypt and investing in the field it’s involved in, after reaching 11 production lines.
The firm export to Arab nations is estimated at 55 percent to 60 percent, which is almost USD 25.18mn, and this year will expand its factory in Kaliubiya with investments at USD 5mn.
