Egypt’s Metawee Group to apply “Blue Blue” project at USD 95.8m
10 Mar 2016
(MENAFN) Egypt-based Metawee Group will start applying a new project named “Blue Blue” which value USD 95.8mn during this year.
Moreover, the project is situated in Ain Sokhna and covers a space of 121,000 sqm, which includes 700 residential resort units.
The group provides outstanding facilities for the clients to book units in the project, including interest-free-five-year payment period.
In addition, it is considered to be a step to help the Egyptian economy and develop the real estate market in Egypt, given it the fastest growing sector.
