Emaar Misr sets up Blanca luxury townhomes

(MENAFN) Emaar Misr is ready to launch a limited number of totally finished, air-conditioned Blanca luxury townhomes and villas.
Furthermore, the 6.5mn square meter development along the Mediterranean coast has many services, like beach, pools, a golf course and academy.
In addition, Blanca has been designed by world-renowned architects and brings all Mediterranean architectural themes and designs from Tunisia and Morocco.
The townhouses range in size from 320 to 325 square meters, while properties can be purchased for a down payment of USD28.87mn.
