(MENAFN) Global Sphere, the Emirati Company associated with European and American firms that help arrange funds for big projects to commercial companies or governments, has signed a deal with Liechtenstein Foundation.
Accordingly, the agreement aims at applying a number of ventures in Tunisia, Mauritania and South Sudan, thus focusing on creating a solid financial structure through attracting financial and global firms to the targeted countries.
Additionally, the Liechtenstein foundation for State Governance refers to separate special-purpose assets with their own legal personalities, which basically pursue and seek non-commercial purposes or private-benefit purposes.
“The Principality of Liechtenstein, one of the smallest countries in the world with an economy based on financial services, is keen on providing all economic, political, social and educational services,” said Global’s Chairman.
